The platform for dentists building their own practice.

A modular education platform for dentists pursuing ownership — startup or acquisition — built with the operators and experts who have actually done it. Foundations is free; the specialist tracks are paid
Dental school teaches dentistry. It does not teach ownership. Most dentists pursuing their first practice are figuring it out from scattered Facebook groups, expensive consultants, and conversations with whoever was generous enough to take their call. They make six- and seven-figure decisions on incomplete information, and they make them under pressure.
A new generation of dentists wants something different. They want structured, on-demand, expert-led education they can take seriously, built by operators who have done the work, not personalities selling a brand. They want the curriculum the profession should have had a decade ago.
DOC is being built to be that platform. Free at the foundation, paid where it goes deep. Built with the operators and experts who have actually built and bought practices. Held to a standard that justifies the time it asks of its learners. We are recruiting the Founding Faculty and Founding Sponsors who will build it with us.
A modular platform where dentists learn ownership the same way they learn clinical skills.
Structured, progressive, and built around what they actually need to do next.
Three tracks. One platform. Foundations is free.
Dentists who have decided to pursue ownership and need the financial, legal, and operational fluency to make the right next decisions.
Site selection through grand opening, taught by the architects, brokers, contractors, and operators who have built dozens of them.
Deal sourcing through first-90-days operations, taught by the CPAs, attorneys, brokers, and buyers who have closed and operated through the transition.
Short. Focused. Every lesson ships something you can use.
Lessons are 6 to 10 minutes, each taught by an operator or expert in their specific domain. Every lesson ends with a tangible deliverable the learner uses in their actual ownership journey. No filler videos. No filler lessons.

36 modules. 184 lessons. Roughly 26 hours of finished content.
Every module was built around a specific decision the learner has to make. Every lesson was scoped to one teachable concept. The full curriculum was designed before a single lesson was recorded.
A path the learner is actually on.
Every module ends in a badge. Every track ends in a designation — Practice Founder, Practice Owner, Ownership Ready — that the learner can point to as proof they have done the work.

A verified room, not another anonymous group.
DOC includes a community where members learn from each other, not just from the curriculum. The difference is who is in the room. Every member is a verified dental professional with a real profile, their name, their practice, their track, their progress. There are no anonymous handles and no open door.
That verified identity is the whole point. It is the difference between a conversation with peers who are actually building and buying practices, and the noise of a group anyone can join. The people you are talking to are real, they are verified, and they are on the same path you are.

Founding Faculty
Founding Faculty is the cohort of 20 operators and educators who build the DOC curriculum with us. The cohort is closed at launch. The 20 names attached to the platform on day one are the 20 names attached to it forever.
We are personally selecting Founding Faculty. We are not soliciting applications. If you have been invited, you have been invited because we believe you belong on the platform. If you have not been invited and you believe you should be considered, there is a request path at the bottom of this section.
What we expect
Founding Faculty record a defined set of lessons in their area of expertise, hit a tight production schedule between June and August, and meet the editorial standards that the entire platform is built around.
Some Founding Faculty teach 4 lessons; some teach 20. The lift varies. The commitment to quality does not.

Why this cohort closes at launch.
The Founding Faculty designation is permanent.
Even when DOC has 10,000 members and a hundred faculty members and a roster of programs we have not yet built, the 20 Founding Faculty members keep the title. It is the most valuable position on the platform, and it is only available before the audience exists.
Founding Sponsors
Founding Sponsors are the five organizations that fund the DOC platform during its build year, in exchange for category exclusivity, permanent designation, and a rate that will not be available again.
The five seats close at platform launch and never reopen.
Founding Sponsor seats are filled by invitation. We are personally selecting sponsors whose work meaningfully serves dental practice owners and whose name belongs on a platform we are building to last. If you have been invited, the next step is a direct conversation. If you have not been invited, there is a request path at the bottom of this section.
Why the Founding tier exists
Founding Sponsors are not buying media. They are taking a position. The position has three parts.
Built with us, named with us.
The audience is being built right now. The content is being produced right now. The brand is being defined right now. Founding Sponsors are the names on the platform on day one, and the names that stay on the platform when it becomes the category standard.
Category exclusivity, structural.
Each Founding Sponsor locks their category: dental supply, dental equipment, financial services and lending, dental insurance, adjacent SaaS, payments, real estate and acquisition financing, marketing services, or dental staffing. For as long as the Founding Sponsor renews, no direct competitor sits inside DOC. The category lock is structural, not negotiated annually.
Permanent designation, permanent rate.
The Founding designation is used in perpetuity. The $5,000 monthly rate is locked in perpetuity. Even when the platform is at 100,000 members and the price has moved with the audience, Founding Sponsors keep the title and the rate.
What Founding looks like on the platform
What Is Not For Sale
To protect the trust DOC is being built around, we do not sell editorial control, coach endorsements, member data, or negative coverage of competitors.
The category lock protects sponsors from competitors; the editorial firewall protects sponsors from being on a platform that loses its credibility.
We are building a platform that earns the time it asks of its learner.
Lessons are 6 to 10 minutes. We do not pad. Every lesson is built around one teachable concept, taught by an operator who has actually done the work, and ends with a deliverable the learner uses in their actual ownership journey.
Foundations is free to every dentist. The specialist tracks are paid because they go deep and are built with operators whose time we pay for. Sponsors do not shape content. Coaches do not endorse sponsors.
The curriculum is the curriculum. The faculty teaches it.
The editorial standard is the only thing that gets us there.
Who is building DOC
DOC is led by an operating team with deep experience in dental practiceownership and modern education platforms, in partnership with operators whoshare our commitment to the next generation of practice owners.

Justin Clements has spent over a decade inside dental operations, managing 30+ locations for dental groups across the US, including leading a 23-practice DSO across five states. For the past several years he shifted his focus from corporate dentistry to helping independent practices compete, build, and grow on their own terms.
He built DOC because no honest, unsponsored resource existed for dentists chasing ownership, just a lot of content quietly paid for by whoever wanted to sell them something.
